Infinity Loop Audit · For CEOs of established B2B companies

Your business goal. Your next marketing investment. A decision brief in ten working days.

One question: what is worth your next marketing investment, and what needs to be in place for it to work?

What to strengthen, improve, test or stop, in which order and why. Based on your own business data. 35,000 SEK excluding VAT, fixed price, no ongoing commitment.

Insight – the first phase of Infinity Loop Marketing

Why it exists

A clear basis for your next investment.

Your next marketing decision starts with your business goal and what customers value. We examine your offer, recent deals and current marketing to identify what already works and where change is justified.

The audit connects the evidence to a recommendation: what to preserve, whether the value proposition needs development and which next investment to prioritise. Your existing team and partners can use the plan.

Questions we examine

  • What does your business goal require?
  • Why do customers choose your offer?
  • What is working, and where is evidence missing?
  • Which next investment deserves priority?

What the audit gives you

  • A recommendation tied to your business goal
  • Direction for the value customers should recognise
  • A plan with owners, budgets and review points
  • Checked inputs, calculations and remaining assumptions

How it works

Work backward from the business goal.

We calculate the customers and proposals your goal requires, then compare that with your current business. Each figure is labelled as your data, a calculation or an assumption to test.

You see what supports the recommendation and what remains uncertain.

unchecked assumptions.

What you leave with

Five pages.
A recommendation you can act on.

01

The decision.

What works today? Are there obstacles in the offer or how customers perceive it? What to keep, strengthen, improve, test or stop, and why.

02

The calculation, worked backward.

From your business goal to the customers and proposals you need. Each figure is labelled as your data, an estimate or a calculation.

03

Where the business came from.

Your twelve most recent deals, one by one, alongside the cost of each channel. Which sources are recorded, what they cost and where data is missing.

04

Position and direction for your offer.

Your promises compared with your competitors, word for word. Why customers chose you. What to keep in your value proposition and, where needed, what to develop or strengthen, for whom and how to test it.

05

The 90-day plan.

At most three priorities, with an owner, budget, measure and criteria for continuing, changing or stopping. Resources allocated to what works, what needs improvement and what needs testing, based on your goal and evidence.

You own the decision brief and the plan. Your team and existing partners can carry out the work. Any further involvement from NewDGTL is your choice.

How it works

One segment. One offer. One decision.

01

Define the scope. Day 1.

A 45-minute kickoff with the CEO and the person responsible for the business. We choose one customer segment, one main offer and one marketing decision to support. One person owns the decision.

02

Investigate. Days 2–6.

Your twelve most recent deals, channel costs, competitors’ public promises and what buyers search for. Two to three short customer conversations about specific buying situations, considered alongside your business data.

03

Assess. Days 7–8.

We separate what we know from what we assume, an internal strength from something customers value, and an unclear message from an offer that needs development. We assess two to three reasons customers might choose you, the evidence for each and how to test them.

04

Decide. Days 9–10.

We write the five pages and review the recommendation with your leadership team for 60 minutes on day ten. You own the decision brief and the plan.

Questions buyers actually ask

FAQ.

What is the Infinity Loop Audit?

An evidence-based decision brief and a concrete strategy for your next marketing investment. It covers one customer segment, one main offer and one marketing decision. You see what to keep, strengthen, improve, test or stop, with a prioritised 90-day plan you own.

How does it differ from the free quick analysis?

The quick analysis gives an initial indication based on your answers. The audit examines a specific marketing decision against your business data, channel costs, customer conversations and market alternatives. You receive a decision brief and a prioritised 90-day plan for one customer segment and one main offer.

What do I actually leave with?

Five pages: the recommended decision, the calculation worked backward from your goal, where recent business came from, direction for your positioning and offer, and a 90-day plan. Each conclusion is labelled as supported, assessed or still to be tested.

How long does it take?

Ten working days from confirmed kickoff and receipt of the required material. We need a 45-minute kickoff, read access to web analytics and ad accounts, your twelve most recent deals with source, value and date, available lost deals, channel costs for the past twelve months, two to three customers for 15-minute conversations, and the competitors you compare yourselves with. We review the recommendation with you for 60 minutes on day ten.

What does it cost?

35,000 SEK excluding VAT, a fixed one-time fee. No ongoing commitment. You own the decision brief and the plan whether or not you continue working with us.

Do I have to commit to a retainer afterwards?

No. Your own team and existing partners can carry out the plan. If you need help, NewDGTL can lead the work and fill the gaps through Infinity Loop Marketing™. Continuing with us is a separate decision.

How certain are you about what brought in customers?

We show recorded relationships, costs and uncertainties. You can see which inputs have been checked, how calculations were made and which assumptions remain. We do not attribute effects that your data cannot support. No recorded deal does not mean no effect, and the audit does not guarantee future demand.

Will you develop our offer?

We preserve what works. Where the evidence shows a need, we recommend which value to develop or strengthen through packaging, responsibility, combinations or proof, and how to test it. Technical product development is outside the scope.

Do we need a call before ordering?

No. The order page explains scope, terms and the start date. A strategy call is optional. After ordering, you receive confirmation with the start date and required material. Kickoff is within five working days.

Where does the AI fit in?

AI helps process material, identify patterns and check consistency. Kenneth Backman leads the kickoff, makes the assessment and reviews the recommendation with you himself.

What Founders Start to Notice Before Growth Slows Down

Growth often becomes harder to interpret before metrics visibly change. Founders sense that signals are spreading across teams, channels and initiatives. The companies that scale most effectively build structured systems where positioning, demand, conversion and feedback reinforce each other over time.
